When our family moved to Romania, God immediately burdened my heart for the pastors and workers there, men like George Padure, Nicu Curpas, Dorine Popa, and others. It was easy to see that they had hearts for service but were burning the candle at both ends.

Our churches and pastors, church plants and missionaries, and BMA Missions and staff share one common goal: to make God’s glory and love known to every tribe, tongue, and nation. That is the heart of our association and the focus of the first value statement of BMA Missions. We are collectively motivated by the Mission of God.

Volunteer Student Missions serves BMA churches by sending out students to serve with our missionaries. This is so important because many of our past and long-term missionaries first went on short-term trips. Our prayer is that God will use this time spent on the mission field to call the hearts of our youth into full-time missions, but we also pray that God will call 100% of students who serve in short-term missions to be lifelong missions supporters.

The first value statement of BMA Global Missions states: Motivated by the Mission of God - The Mission of God is defined specifically as making God’s glory and love known to the nations.  This aspect of the nature of God expressed in the expansion of His kingdom (missions) to all peoples, it is the primary motivational piece in all that we do.
