By now many of you pastors and churches have read the challenge from Johnmichael Poulin to heed the call from African pastors to come help them learn and better understand the Word of God. Allow me to share with you my experience in Tanzania over the past nine years as an encouragement for you to accept this challenge and link hands with these men in Africa.

Healthy Church Pastors

“Speed of the leader, speed of the team!” Several surveys point out that many ministry leaders are not spiritually healthy and have even ignored their own personal soul care. The pressures of ministry help to promote death by one thousand papercuts because the pressure is unrelenting. The enemy seeks to break you but God desires to use your challenges and setbacks to make you into who He desires you to be.

Need for leadership, honoring the past

It is normal that we are concerned about the future, from a human and material point of view. We are always focusing on our children and the way in which we can train them so that in time they can take care of themselves and get ahead. Our concern that our children study is because it will help them in their training as well as open doors that allow them to find a decent job and thereby earn a decent salary to support themselves.

50 Years of Visionary Leadership

In 1973, a visionary leader named Prakash Guruputra and his wife Susheela embarked on a journey as a missionary to India, armed with deep faith and burning desire to serve his community. Hailing from a small village in India he established a church planting ministry, children’s home for the needy, and Christian school, all of which had a profoundimpact on the community.
